Dean has over 20 years experience working on a wide range of buildings for domestic, commercial and public sector clients.
Dean regularly leads multidisciplinary design teams made up of our internal engineering staff and external specialists to make integrated proposals to meet the specific needs of our customers. Many of our projects involve sensitive development of heritage buildings, which require additional Listed Building Consents. We also carry out periodic inspections of listed buildings as well as larger asset portfolios.
Through the use of computer-aided design, we model our proposals in the course of their development and help visualize and coordinate the final buildings.
