Conor joined the practice in 2020. He has worked on a variety of structural and civil engineering projects including several high profile scheduled ancient monuments, MOD sites and basic housing units. While still early in his career he has explored different roles allowing him to become proficient in CAD, Revit and TEKLA modelling software to aid in design. Previously, he has worked for AMCO GIFFEN and KIER, as a mechanical fitter as part of a team of three, employing rigging and fitting techniques in confined space on heritage CRT assets. Conor also assisted the Project Engineer with temporary works, waterborne cranage/plant, static cranage and commercial divers for the Carpenters Road lock restoration on the London Olympic park. This willingness to explore all sides of engineering and experience before his degree gave him a more practical design approach.
